Hydraulic Presses
HPyou offers a custom press capability up to 100 Tons. Our presses feature a frameless design, which keeps all the stresses in the platen.
Platens are welded construction, and designed to your specific size and loading conditions.
All presses are provided with tooling plates, removable 1/2″ thick steel plates, which are designed to be machined to match your tooling.
HPyou is prepared to provide a variety of other ancillary equipment with our presses, including but not limited to:
- Platen Heaters
- Air Automated Loading Systems
- Light Curtains, and Other safety Features
- Additional Guarding
- Cylinder Encoders
